Q: Do you charge any fee for initial consultation?
A: We do not charge any initial fee for consultation. For business related services you may pay upfront or part or at the end of the service delivery subject to terms and conditions of UGCAA and its alliance partners. We accept international bank guarantees for some of our products which is popularly known as Pay Later option which is subject to sole discretion of UGCAA and UGCAA decisions are final and binding. For education related services we have similar policy, some services are not chargeable and applicants, students availing our services receive special packages or benefits subject to terms and conditions of UGCAA, its alliance partners and associated institutions. By submitting requests you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of UGCAA and or its alliance partner or partner institutions.
Q: I am in hurry to set up a company and bank account urgently. Can you serve?
A: Yes we can. We can form companies in as little as 30 minutes to couple of hours. Yes, it is true, 30 minutes! A company can be formed by us in 30 minutes and it can be immediately viewed online in respective government website/s for immediate verification. For bank accounts we require at the least couple of days and at times longer based on nationality and bank processing. We can also facilitate ready made companies with bank accounts already opened.
Q: Can we meet one of your staff or consultants or advisors personally at one of UGCAA's offices?
A: UGCAA provides web based consulting & advisory services. Primarily we focus on serving our clients on web to minimize the cost and easy access. Additionally, we are open to meeting our prospective clients provided we consider our would be client as serious and a face to face meeting is essential for service delivery. For meeting at one of our offices, prior appointment is MUST.
Q: What is KYC ( Know Your Client) procedure ?
A: We are required by law to know our clients before we accept them as our clients. Please have your profile readily available.
Q: I am a Consultant and wish to refer clients to UGCAA. Do you have a referral program or what are the options?
A: You are most welcome. We would be happy to set up a phone call to understand your business and sourcing. Additionally, we would be requiring KYRC (Know Your Referring Consultant) formalities to be completed before we start accepting your clients. The most important advise would be not to pretend as prospective client rather ask straightway for referral program and be frank and honest from day one. Please have your profile ready before you contact us.
Q: What is Pay Later Option?
A: Client pays us at the end of the service delivery or task completion. We would be happy to initiate and offer this option as long as prospective client can satisfy us with some sort of payment guarantee. It is a matter of regret to share here however some of our past clients from Asian and African continents have not kept their promises of payment in past and we are cautious. While we are very happy to offer this option to our esteemed respected Asian and African clients, we require some sort of definitive guarantee to offer this option.
Q: I am not interested in buying any of the services rather just surfing.
A: Sorry, this place is only for serious businesses. Email quarries with contents written as "please send me/us full details" will receive delayed responses and not considered as serious. We customize products, solutions as per your requirements.
Q: I need technical assistance however can not afford to buy your services. Do you offer free consultation?

Recently some of the so called consultants from India tried to intimidate us by various ways and messages in order to get representation service from UGCAA. We summarily rejected them and their intentions.
Q: I wish to get a job. Can UGCAA get me a job?
A: Sorry. We do not deal with jobs and or recruitment. In other words, we can not get you a job or placement nor a manpower agency.
Q: I wish get a VISA or Immigration into a foreign country. Can UGCAA get me a visa?
A: Sorry. We do not facilitate visa and or immigration. In other words, we CAN NOT get you VISA or IMMIGRATION. We support businesses when they set it up through us by assisting them with work and residence permit applications but that should noway be considered as a gateway to get into a country. Our services CAN NOT be used to get visas and or immigration.
